You just need to "plumb" in the northbridge, southbridge and VRMs from a montherboard like this one:
and you could use one heatsink and one fan to cool everything!
Don't tell me that "Orochi" thing isn't big enough to handle all that. An ATX size motherboard is 12"x9.6". That heatsink is 4.7"x7.6" or 31% of the area of an ATX MB.
