Temp of E7200 proc

Hi all,

I am putting together a new HTPC, and I was wondering what the nominal operating temp of the E7200 should be in my situation.

I have the system in a NSK2480 case, and installed a mini-ninja (using the thermalright bolt-thru kit). I have only one side fan, which is a 800 rpm Scythe S-Flex.

Right now I am seeing the CPU temp in the BIOS as 45-46C. I can only check the BIOS since I don't have a HDD yet.

I am always concerned that I did not install the heatsink right, or did not apply Arctic Silver 5 properly. So I was wondering if this temperature is to be expected? Should I add another fan?
