With Thermalright knowing: Yes. It just may take bit time before kits hit retail channel's.

They show a mounting kit now that says it's for the "Ultra Series" so it may not work with the HR-01+:

There's also the MUX-120 heatsink that was shown in the test here, which now has the bolt-through mounting as well instead of the plastic clips of the prototype:

I think it should work. In fact, nearly all of Thermalright's recent cpu heatsinks have used the same base. And on that note, anyone feel that it's starting to get ridiculous how they are recycling the same heatsink over and over again by slapping on a new name and price tag? They've got like EIGHT different models of the TRUE in the socket 1366 section of the site.

I found a picture of the 1156 mounting kit box on some site and on the box it does also state it's for the "High Riser" series so it will indeed work with the HR-01 and HR-01+.

The main issue with the multiple Ultra-120s is that Thermalright doesn't take discontinued items off their main site in a timely manner. I think there are "only" three that are really current on the 1366 page; the three Rev. C versions, and what they're doing there sort of makes sense. Besides the black one, they have one that only has the 1366 mount but has the fan included and the plastic fan holder, and the other one has all of the mounts. I speculate they don't have all of the mounts and the fan together since the price would be higher.

I'm unclear on what "Rev. A" did but Rev. C and apparently Rev. B have the V-shaped hole cut in the heatsink fins (except for the top one), making this the heatsink that was shown at Computex under the name "Venemous X."

Click to see a picture of the LGA1156 Bolt-Thru-Kit's box with a closer look of the following text.
