looking for passive heatsink for e7400

i want to make my computer absolutely noiseless while maintain low temp, currently i turned off all fans on my case, and then i bought a low profile passive cooled 9500gt gfx card, motherboard is fanless as well, can you guys suggest any passive heatsink to cool my cpu?? it's e7400, i can underclock or undervolt if needed.

Thermalright HR-01+ or Scythe Ninja.

FWIW, I don't understand the need to go completely passive. A quality fan undervolted to low rpm (<500) is effectively inaudible and will make a difference in temperatures of your components.

I notice you didn't mention whether you had a passive PSU or not.

I don't think it's possible to passively cool all components without a fan, unless you place them in open air.

Either HR01-PLUS or Ninja 2 is a pretty good choice, another somewhat aggressive choice is Scythe Orochi, which is very huge and heavy. I read some reviews about it before, an Orochi on E8400 can be very well cooled with system fan only in P18X or P180 Mini, but they at lease have one fan.

The HR-01. But it will not work well in open air so do not do that. But you still need "some" airflow in your case in the form of case fans otherwise your other components will run into difficulties. Passive CPU cooling will work "inside" a case because that will have some airflow.

I'm running an i7 920 with the HR-01 passive, an air duct, and case fans at 800rpm and it handled 5 days of continuous Prime95 stress testing with no errors. The i7 was overclocked to 3.6Ghz (albeit undervolted to 1.18vcore), hyperthreading enabled. If it can handle that, I think it will easily handle your e7400. However, make sure your case is tidy and faciliates the internal airflow. If your case is a mess on the inside, you will be unable to go passive even if you only have an e7400.
