An actual decent AIO?

I have no need for a water cooling system, but I ran across this and thought it was interesting:

Unlike the more common all-in-one water cooling systems reviewed by SPCR, these come with a built in reservoir and use NoiseBlocker fans. Cheap AIO coolers haven't been worth the extra cost in an ultra quiet system because of cheap fans and cooling that's barely on par with a good air cooler, but I wonder how these would compare? Having quality NB fans certainly can't hurt, and I have to wonder if that reservoir would improve cooling performance at low noise levels. The price tag is insane, but it would be interesting to see one tested by SPCR! I get the feeling one of those would also look pretty awesome in a windowed case...
