Panaflo 80 L1A
I am thinking about getting a panaflo L1A or 2, but I don't know where to buy it from. I usually buy all my parts from newegg but they don't have this fan. I chose this fan because it seems that it is very good from everything I have heard about it on this forum, so correct me if I am wrong. Also will I be able to have the fan run off a 3 pin connector?

Some places sell the fan with bare leads; personally I recommend Jab-Tech for Panaflow needs; they allow you a choice of plug type, as well as an additional custom sleeving option for a buck fifty more, and John over there provides outstanding personalized service. If you happen to speak with him at all, let him know Ed from SPCR sent you.

Although the Panaflo part numbering scheme seems to indicate that the 80mm L1 is available in a RPM monitoring configuration (L1BX); in actuality they are simply not availble on the marketplace.DraGoNsLaYeR wrote:Does that particular fan have RPM monitoring? And would you buy the made in Japan one or the other one?
I ordered my 80mm L1a's from SVC Compucyle. They were cheap, but are Chinaflo's. If you figure out where you can ordere guaranteed Japanflo's, please post the scoop here.
