Hello all, had a reply from Webfire about producing some more of these.
Concerning the etching and selling, well it's tempting =) But it's quite time consuming and the problem is getting the ICs. I contacted a dealer here in germany and the IC costs 5,09€ +16% tax. So it's quite expensive already, especially when you can get them for free from Maxim. But I doubt they want to send me more free samples. Already ordered using different addresses =)
A solution would be at least for people in Germany they order the ICs from Maxim for free send them to me I etch the PCB and solder it on. And so they get it back ready. But that's a bit complicated for people from Australia or the US.
But how many do you want? Maybe I can find a solution where to get the ICs. And how much are you willing to pay?
