Do any fan controllers with front audio in/out ports exist?

I'm wondering if there are any fan controllers with front audio in/out ports. I know there are ones with front USB ports, like the Logisys 3.5" 3 channel fan controllers as linked below...

Any ideas?

Also, does anyone know where I can get that 3.5" Logisys Fan Controller in Canada?

I found one multifan controller with front audio ports:

Mikhailtech and Tech-PC have some reviews. Crazy PC sells it for 27.99$ USD. In Canada, TigerDirect.ca "had" it in stock but it's no longer available...

Comtec sells the Logisys FP05SL for 19.64$ CAD. NCIX also sells Logisys products in Canada but the FP05SL is not listed.

The Aerocool Cool Panel might be suitable. It is basically a multi-function panel that also controls fans and monitors temperatures. It has Line-in, Line-out and a Mic port plus 2x S-ATA2 ports, usb, firewire and reads 8 types of memory card.

I know afew people here have it so search these forums if you're interested.
