Sunbeam Rubber Fan screws?

Do these do any good? The price looks good, and I was about to buy them, but just wanted to check with SPCR first.

The site doesn't give any spec's on how hard the rubber is and I read some where on SPCR that rubber isolators don't work nearly as well as softer material like silicon rubber mounts.
