Tacens fans any good?

I found a new fan called Tacens Aura which is quite cheap (the 120mm is 6.50â‚¬) and I can't find reviews or opinions about it anywhere. Has anyone tried them? (or has enough experience with fans that can give an opinion without having them on hands)

Don't believe the specs....for instance, the 120mm model claims 50% greater airflow than the 92mm, at the same noise level. Then they claim the fans don't work below 10V......screwy. Another SinenX wanna-be.
