Controlling Asus Q-fan on the A8N32 - possible at all???

I have an Asus A8N32 mainboard and have enabled Q-Fan in the BIOS (CMOS). But the thing seems more anoying now thant without Q-Fan, as I can clearly hear it rev up and down, even on the idle desktop... this does make my 92mm 23dB Papst more noticeable than if it ran at full speed...


any suggestions???
