Specs are the same, but which fan here is better for CPU heatsink cooling and exhaust? (please discuss these two fans only

)

Dont "bump" your posts after only 42min ! More blades will give better air pressure which is good for heatsinks, the other fan is good for low impedance vents.

Sorry about that, my "forum time" was waaaay of

by "low impedance vents" i mean vents(fan holes) with no obstacles that air has to escape/overcome (and not to couse turbulence) to get out of a case. A very good exemple would be a fan vent where those pesky fan grills have been cut out.
Should also add that sleeve bearings are almost always better soundwise becouse, they well, sound less then ball bearings but they also suffer from much shorter lifespan. I would change sleeved bearings fan every year on CPU Hsf just to be on the safe side.

Also, hydro-wave bearings will have a much longer life span than a typical sleeve bearing.

But regardless, both fans are extremely old and should be considered surplus rejects.
