Where to send Sanyo San Ace 120 mm fan for review?

I have some Sanyo Denki San Ace 120 mm X 38 mm fans and would like SPCR to review them. Model # is 109R1212H1011

I also have Nidec beta V model # B31256-33A for the review.

I will ship 2 of each and pay for the shipping.

To where and to whom should i ship to?

You can send them in, but there is no guaranty that they will get a review.

Until and if they get an official review, why don't you post your opinion and comparisons?

[Edit: at 2600RPM and 39dBA, they are not likely to be considered quiet, or even tolerable...]
