Xilence Redwing 120mm fan
Hello
Im going to buy some new fans for my antec p182, and i have seen these fans: www.ebuyer.com/product/138586
68 cfm, and only 21 db... is it true? or does anybody have any experience with these fans`?

The specs are almost certainly lies, or at least heavily-bent truth
Xilence stuff on the whole seems to be pretty good though. Given the low price I'd say it would be worth trying them out. Yate Loon could be the OEM. Hub, blades and struts look identical to those on a D12.
EDIT: Scrub that, on second look the blades are different.

Or you could get a fan that is known to be good for nearly the same amount of money. Where you would find it in Denmark I dont know.

Which fan could you then recommend? max 21 db, and 8 £ and ofc, as high cfm as possible

Those specs look about right, but the fan runs at about 1200 rpm @ 12v, whilst the Nexus runs at 1000 rpm @ 12v. You can undervolt the YL fan to reduce its noise.
FYI, ignore manufacturers specifications, they are nearly all wrong with a few exceptions, such as Nexus.
Also remember that the higher a fans CFM is the higher its noise WILL be, regardless of what the manufacturer says. So in essence if you want high CFM you will get high noise.
The way round this is to have cooler components, better heatsinks, and cases that have more airflow/fans available. If your running a very hot CPU, something like the P182 is great, as you can have 2x low CFM/quiet fans that push as much air as one high CFM/noisy fan in another case.
Read the fan reviews done by SPCR.

I honestly wouldn't put too much weight on manufacturer specs, they are rarely true and never comparable. That 21dB/68CFM spec of the Xilence in particular is nonsense. With only a few specialised ultra low CFM exceptions, any 120mm fans will be "too loud" when fed with 12V.

When undervolted to run at the same speed as a Nexus D12SL12 @ 12V, the Yate Loon D12SL12 should be indistinguishable.

SPCR has not yet mastered the measurement of air movement via fans (its not easy to do). If you want a fan that is quiet, then pick one from the recommended list regardless of what its CFM has been measured as, they will all be roughly the same at similar noise levels - otherwise they wouldnt be on the list.Okay just read the article, and every single of the fans has 23 cfm, at 20 db.

Okay... I think it is going to be 1 of these, or 1 of each
Noctua NF p12
Nexus (found out that you can get 1 version in denmark D12SL-12)
Scythe S-FLEX SFF21E
or the Yate Loon D12SL
EDIT:
Price in denmark
In denmark the cheapest is the
xilence: 30 DKK
yate loon: 40 DKK
nexus: 70 DKK
scythe: 90 DKK
noctua: 120 DKK.
1£ = 8.18 DKK

Hi, I built a system a while ago for a friend and used that redwing fan (from ebuyer no less!) as the system fan.
It was intended as a quiet, but not extremely so, build.
E8400, 4GB RAM, WD6400AAKS (lated added 1TB Samsung F1), ATI HD 3450 (passive), Freezer Pro 7, S12-II 330, Antec Solo.
The system took around 100w AC loaded and the freezer could keep CPU temp around 60°C with 1000-11rpm (as far as I remember)
The redwing was run off the speed controled motherboard header (with Speedfan controlling) and I think ran about 600-700rpm. I didn't notice anything bad about the fans noise signature but I didn't that much attention to it. I think it's a pretty descent fan, maybe not quite as quiet as a Nexus at similar speeds, but with not nasty overtones or anything.
If you're aiming for the quietest of quiet then go for a recognised SPCR trusted brand. otherwise I think this fan will sufice and the price is hard to beat at £5!
The Scythe fans are some of the most recomended on SPCR and they are available at Quietpc.com who are UK based but ship almost everywhere. The Scythe fans are 3x the price of Xilence though!
Regards, Seb
