I got an FP01, and imagine my surprise when it doesn't work with a Scythe Slipstream SY1225L 12M. After scratching my head for a while, I'm starting to wonder if the fan controller on the FP01 is PWM only - can anyone confirm/deny? I can't find any information in the documentation slip that comes with it, nor any mention on Aerocool's web site.
Either that, or the unit I got simply has a broken fan controller? If I manually spin up the fan with my finger, it'll register an RPM by the way.
EDIT: turns out the 12 V wire to the molex connector was loose. Go figure.
