What is the thinnest 80 fan?

Does anyone make a reasonably quiet fan that is less than 25mm thick?

There are of course the Scythe Slipstream Slim series, but I doubt they produce 80mm fans.

The Scythe Kozuti CPU cooler comes with a 10mm thick 80mm PWM fan. But you have to buy the cooler.

The SilenX IXP-52-14 (1800rpm) and IXP-52-11 (1600 rpm) Ixtrema Pro is 80mm x 15mm. They have a reputation for wearing out early, so you may have to end up lubricating them. See:

NMB / Panaflo 3106KL-04W-B50-C00 is 80mm x 15mm
NMB / Panaflo are good solid fans. They used to be one of the best quiet fan brands... but have in recent years been overtaken in the enthusiast market by Scythe and Nexus sleeve bearing fans. NMB / Panaflo use real ball bearings and will outlast most other fans. The 3106KL-04W-B50-C00 is a 3000 rpm fan so you will want to down volt it to slow it down. See:

EDIT:
Here are some more:

And Noiseblocker (a premium brand) has an 80mm x 20mm fan:

I doubt its quiet, but if your mobo has pwm controls or you can try to undervolt it, Delta 80 x 15mm "11 Blade" High-Speed PWM Fan - 48.80 CFM (EFC0812DB-PWM).

Or as Ces posted alredy, you could try the one that comes in the kouzuti,
Slip Stream 8cm fan, rated at 800 (±30%) to 3300rpm (±10%). Our fan ran from 1000 to 3550rpm.

Thank you, gentlemen. I didn't realize 15mm x 80mm fans existed.

This information totally solves my problem. Those 15mm Panaflos look like just the ticket.

Much appreciated! :)
