NeoHE 380?

Hi, I am planning on building the following system:

Antec P182
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
Scythe Ninja Plus Rev.B
Asus P5B-E Plus
2x1GB Corsair XMS-2-6400
Vista Home Premium
XFX 7300GT Passive
Samsung HD321KJ
2x Nexus 120mm
Pioneer DVD+/-RW

Although I've been recommended the Seasonic S12 330. I would like the Antec NeoHE 380 due to it being modular. What are people's opinions on this choice?

EDIT - Another question, the P5B says it needs an 8 pin EATX12V connector. Doesn't the NeoHE 380 and 430 version only have a 4 pin 12v?

More than powerful enough. The neoHE is also a better choice considering the straight-through airflow in the antec case. Concerning the 8pin 12v line, if you look at the picture on the asus website, you'll see that they provide the cap thingy so you can use a 4 pin cable. Core2's don't use that much juice :P

Hi, I have the same board, P5B-E Plus, with E6600, 2x 1GB Geil RAM and X1950pro, it's running just fine off NeoHE 430 from (but not in) a P150.
It doesn't like having the reset button pressed, fails to restart but that’s to do with it being over-clocked to 3.3GHz (475MHz FSB) I have also tested at 500MHz FSB with no trouble, quietly cooling the CPU at 3.5GHz was not so easy!
The latest version of SpeedFan will control fan speeds on the board, the CPU fan needs to be 4 pin though and all the case fan headers run at the same setting as each other (independent of the CPU).
With the CPU at 3.3GHz and using the load monitor for the UPS I estimate the full (CPU+CPU+GPU) load to be ~220w AC, about 175w DC, well within the capacity of NeoHE380, even with very high-end video card added to the mix.
