Has anyone tested this strange looking CPU cooler yet for it's quietness?

Here. But only by verbal comparison with other large, quiet HSFs. Page 7 has the cooling and noise data.

There is frequently an opening translation error. Just hit "refresh"; that almost always fixes it.

Few sites I have seen testing V1 say its fan is noisy, even cooling performance is good....
