I noticed in this review that the AC/DC power efficiency was around 70% while the SPCR review shows 75-80%. The PC Perspective review seems well done, but I can't figure out why the efficiencies are so different.

The review says
Due to Seasonic’s efficient circuit designs, these power supplies averaged about 5% better efficiencies than other power supplies in their class

Which is also what SPCR found

Here is my review on Seasonic Super Tornado 300 watt rev2.;

A great PSU if you are deaf, or you keep your CPU and peripherals at idle. This is the loudest component that I have ever bought for a computer!!!!! It has been installed for 10 minutes and won't last another 10. Give these as Christmas presents to your enemies :twisted: .

I can't believe they have the audacity to claim that this is quiet.
