Fan recommendations for Thermalright SP97

I am planning on purchasing a Thermalright SP97 heatsink and it support 92mm fans. I'd appreciate recommendations for reliable 92mm fans. I plan on putting this on my Athlon XP 2400+. I run everything stock and don't overclock. I'd prefer a quieter fan, but it is more important to me that the fan provides more than sufficient cooling and is reliable (long life time).

Either the Panaflo L1BX, the evercool, the antec variable, or the enermax variable speed available here should be good. I'd probably buy 2 and keep the one you like better.

I will recommend the Acoustifan 92mm, I plugged it in my Zalman 7000, softmounted and its more quiet than the stock and cools better thanks to the thermistor which I personally recommend you use, put it whereever you want in the chassis for the amount of cooling you think you need.

you can purchase the 92mm L1A-BX (RPM monitoring) fan at either coolcases.com or digikey.

a papst 3412NGL would be infinitly better, or possibly one of the others recomendet.

I ordered a Nexus. I get it tomorrow and will post results Thursday/Friday when I get home to install it. Currently using a Zalman ZM-2F that makes too much noise.

I have a Silenx 92mm the "14"dba version, already very quiet at 12v

I've a 92mm Acoustifan, it is really good (the 120mm version is meant to really suck)
Definately stay clear of 92mm Panaflo's (the 80mm ones are fine)
